The Wright Museum of Art was originally built in 1892, when Helen Brace Emerson donated her impressive collection of art to Beloit College. Today, the museum's permanent collection boasts a varied array of European and American works, as well as decorative arts created in Asia and a variety of pieces from other areas and in different materials. The museum is located on the Beloit campus, just south of Water Tower Park.
